There r approx.more than 10000 divorce cases pnding in Delhi court .In all these cases girl allege they r harrased for Dowry.Are all these men criminal and the girls angels.Man should not be arrested till full investigations and arbitration procedures are completed.It is a matter of innocent person’s life.It has been found nowadays that women are also very wrong.If the man is found innocent then woman should be sent for life imprisonment then only she will understand what suffering she has brought to other person

Dear all , I am victim of false 498 a , DV etc.Bascially i am from Bihar,Nalanada dist. My parents my elder sister & younger brother(married) falsely fabricted in this . I am statying with my parents(both retired). All 4 members honourable court got A.Bail seeing fact & circumstances. For me Highcourt Patna granted Provisional bell (6 month ) stated my wife to me live with me full dignity & honour.But after passing 6 + 4 months the honourable SDJM not granted me R.BAIL. Pl.guide me. Regards
